Best FNB Service Ever!!!

My wife and I decided to start looking at buying a new house. I decided to go to FNB Rosebank (one of the quieter banks. They made my wife, 1 year old son and myself wait for an hour. We complained to the branch manager who said that someone was coming to see us, but they took the people who came after us first, although we were there for the same reason. After waiting an additional 20mins later I had enough and walked out, having the worst FNB customer service experience. So i went to Sandton City and they advised me the home loan specialist was not in, but they would call him for me. After speaking to Jerry Johnston, he answered my questions within 3minutesand was pleasant, even though I called him on his day of. After months of looking my wife and I found the house we wanted to purchase. I called Jerry and surprisingly he remember who I was and assisted us with a Home Loan application. In less time than we expected he came back to us advising that we qualified for a home loan. He is a true reflection of what the customer service experience should be and if anyone is looking at taking out a home loan, you should contact Jerry Johnston.
