Delayed pension Payout

Dear Shoe City team,

Why are some former Namibian employees still not paid their pension money? Numerous visits to NamRa have proved futile as several requests made to the person responsible at your office are not responded to. The issue is erroneous tax deductions need to be corrected, and then PAYE 5 needs to be re-issued, subsequently a resubmission of the employer recons will be needed.

This matter borders on bread and butter of some people. How does one resign and wait for 2 years because someone is not hold responsible?
