Bullying at springs tech by the principal to my daughter

My complain is about the principal at springs technical school for abusive language and bullying of my daughter at school now my child is even sacred to go back to that same school again cause of that principal and my child is on grade 11 preparing for grade 12 this is unacceptable to me as the parent can the department please help with matter as a matter of agency please.
