SICK OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION!!!

I matriculated in 2009. i failed and when i called in to get my marks they told me that my 'exam number ' does not exist? #confused# i rewrote in February 2010 and failed again. I went to the Department of Education in CBD i did not receive no print out!! he just read it from his screen? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! up to this very moment i am battling to get any joy out of the Department!

Guess What its 2013 still no joy? I registered with the Intec college. I did not want go via the DEPARTMENT!!! Because of all the drama i faced with them. to rewrite two of my subjects, they (Intec) told me to register with the department of education. So I called the department on the 01 March 2013 i was put on hold for 33mins and they told me that they could not help me!!! Instead they told me to call the district. I called they District and they told me they can not assist me!! so now how the can the Department of Education not help/assist me?? The closing date is on the 15 March 2013 and i'm not registered yet cause no one can help me!! This simply means that if i don get any help from them i wont be writing again???
