Noise Pollution

I called Bedfordview Police Station to assist with severe noise pollution from a house party at a house behind ours - the road behind ours. The road where the noise was coming from is a panhandle - you can see all the cars parked on the road. I unfortunately could not give them the exact number of the house, but I did know it's across the road from the only guest house on that street. The person at the police station I spoke to told me that unfortunately they cannot do anything if I cannot give them the exact house number. The music was so loud, the lights in our house was trembling. They refused to assist me. This on top of the fact that it was past 9PM at night AND a rising number in Covid infections.
