Roof leaking with dirty toilet water and stinking carperts caused by dirty water coming from the floor

Its been 2months reporting the leaking roof and wet floors. There's dirty stinking water coming from the ceiling that has caused a huge black stain. There's water coming from the floor, the carpet is always wet and has black stain and smells funny. I have reported the burglar and windows that are loose. The walls are filled with mould, I have been asking the maintenance guy, Shaun, to maintain the flats. He reads and ignores my WhatsApp text, he doesn't pick up phone calls and now he has even blocked me on WhatsApp
