I went to Mkem earlier this evening to pick up my contraceptive medication. I normally go to clicks but since I don't have time I decided to go to mkem instead. I didn't know exactly how it worked and so I proceeded to the back at the self help section to ask if you stock oral con and if I can get it there. An older lady (Maby 50+, Caucasian, white hair) that worked behind the counter assisted me and was very unfriendly and made me feel very in the way and embarrassed. She had a rude manner and She told me to go to the family planning clinic in mkem and the sisiter there was very friendly and sweet. I am a client that did not know exactly where to go for this medication and was treated badly for it. She even told me that it's a government medication and you don't stock it and that I must ask the nurse to let me switch on a different medication and when I spoke to the nurse she told me in fact that you do stock it .customer service is very important so please adres this matter.
