Started contract since Oct 2011 with payback at max R1500 when km's are driven and photos are submitted on or before 7 day of month. For months in 2012 they tried to convince me of changing contract type voluntarily, but I have had no interest to change. Mandla phoned me (from 012 9994600) today to inform me that contract is being cancelled, since we have not submitted for 3 months before 7th of month. This is untrue and a to try and cancel their contract. Two months ago (8th February 2013) we were a day late and photos were submitted via e-mail to resolve the problem after arrangement within Silver Lakes offices with Kugan. E-mail available for scrutiny.
Guys, avoid this company of and Consumer Protection Act, here I come via my lawyer!!!
