Uploading photos

I have a contract with them for advertisement on my car and every month by the 7th i need to upload 5 photos. I have since the 5th of September tried to upload my photos and their system kept giving me error messages so i could not load. I logged a ticket with helpdesk ad got no help. i called the helpdesk and customer service also no help. i even emailed the managed Kugan and to date got no assistance
