NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER!!! NOT A HAPPY MDC MEMBER!

I contacted MDC early in Dec, there is only 1contact nr and it keeps giving me a busy tone, on the 20th of Dec I sent an email 2 them to assist me in getting my login details - as there is no "forgot your password" or way to reset your password on the website - up until today I still haven't received any feedback - only computer automated replies to my emails. ALL I WANT IS LOGIN DETAILS!! I want to check availability & book, but cant access anything without login details! By the time I am able to log in and view availability it will be too late to even try and book at a resort! MDC is very fast to debit my bank account every month, but when it comes to actually assisting me, they are nowhere to be found! This is the 1st time we are using our points, since we became members in 2012, I would think that MDC would try to make it a pleasant experience! I had to stay on the phone for an hour yesterday, only to be told that IT will email me new login details after 5 days!!! Not a happy MDC member at all!
