My Life Email Account Login

I cannot acces my life email account. I have been trying for weeks with the login details UNISA has provided, but with no success.
It keeps on saying the password is incorrect although I use the case sensitive password which works fine with the login for myUnisa. I can not change the password because it asks for a security question that I have no idea of and I can not provide enough details either according to the microsoft account recovery request.
PLEASE help me get access to my acount. It is very frustrating to keep on trying on my own with no success and so far I got no feedback from the UNISA contacts I asked for support.
