Waiting for Payment

Hi I recently won a competition last November the 30 on Jacaranda FM. I am still waiting to be paid I email them almost everyday and I get the same response..."We will pay you soon". What does that even mean. I dont understand why they take so long to make payment they said there is a process to follow and they have alot of payments. I entered this competition for Decemeber it was the OLX one it was supposed to be for December and Now its January. Why must I fight to get my money. Now Its January, the toughest month, Im flat broke but they dont seem to understand. I dont know what to do, I am struggling with food and petrol and I have no idea how I am going to get to work next week. I cant believe their service of paying out is so bad. I am very disappointed and unhappy.
