Lack of payout for prize

I entered into Kids Quiz on Jacaranda end January, beginning February. I won R 1500 and was told I would be contacted shortly. I was contacted about a month later and am stilling waiting for the pay out of the prize. I have mailed Stephen a few times and am told payment will happen shortly. I have tried to log a complaint into their website and there is no response. The site kicks you off immediately and requests that the problem be sent to Microsoft!!! Is this the type of service that a major company like Jacaranda offers. I am very disgusted. Even the children who travel with me are becoming very cynical towards Jacaranda
