Unauthorized renewal of R425.00 debited to me

I have 4 problems 1./ I have no contact details (email) for Time's South African distributors - The Time website does not point to or recognise South African subscriptions. I have no means of comunicating with the local subscription agents or TIME itself in RSA.

2./ My current "subscription"- never authoriizes by me, shows an expiry date of 15 Feb (no year given)

3./ On 30/12/2013 my Bank Account reflected a debit of R425.00. I assume that Time has taken the liberty of renewing this subscription without any reference to me.

4./ About 2 years ago I did subscribe to TIME. (My correspondence is stored somewhere on a backup drive.) They sent me unsolicited copies for another year inspite of my returning several of these unsolicited copies with notes attached stating that I did not want further issues. My assumption was that the right hand did not know what the left hand was up-to as the unsolicited copies continued to arrive.

Would it be possible for HelloPeter to discover and pass on to me the contact details for RSA TIME magazine' s subscription services?
I want to
1./ ensure that they desist from any further debits on my account and
2./ give notice of cancellation.
