Prize money not paid out 8 weeks late

I won the kids quiz competition on the 23rd of July.
I submitted my details, gave the station everything they required after a mailing debacle of note, but to date no payout has been done. Stephen Tshaka from the station has been in contact with me.
He promised me that the money should be paid out by last week. Guess what, still nothing. I searched jacaranda on hellopeter and it seems that this is the way it usually goes. If you enter a competition on this station, be prepared to fight for your prize, it appears.
Now it feels silly to me to have to be writing this, but I mean if you keep getting promises broken, what else are you to do?
This is utterly unprofessional and blatant lying, on the shows they make it sound like you can go shopping on the weekend when the reality is you will probably never see the prize money, or at least not anytime soon after winning.
It seems as though Stephen is also losing his patience, but still keeping it professional. I honestly don't know where the issue is and I do not think it is with him, come on man, get your act together, jacaranda! You will have the opposite result of what you want with this tactic! You will lose listeners!
