Horrendous Service, Rude and Unprofessional

After a R350 Diagnostic test, Total cost to repair is R6400 - The part needs to be ordered from the agent and costs R4200. I had just moved, so dont have that kinda cash. Read through my warranty and realised that this might actually be covered (ray of hope?) Call SA Warranties, they advised they need the workshop to call them as they need specific information... Call Gert, explain, he agrees... Cutting a long story short, SA Warranties authorised the claim and will pay the repairer R4500. Gert wanted me to pay 3 Service upfront as they refused to claim from SA Warranties. I opted to get a 2nd opinion at Zee Max (See Compliment) - This is where everything fell apart... SA Warranties needed Gert from 3 Service to send through a cancellation to proceed with the claim authorization from Zeemax. After calling Gert on different occasions, he was unjustifably rude, hung the phone up, sighed and said that I'm causing him admin, and if I had fixed the car there it would have been done!! He delayed the processby 2 days as he refused to send a simple fax! Zeemax fixed my car, claimed from SAWarranties and invoiced me the balance of R620 as opposed to R2000. I DO NOT recommend 3 Service EVER
