In May, I call the call centre and get referred to a consultant who registers me into the scheme and I send through all the necessary docs and sign off the process. Was told that I must use the number they mail me if I decide to visit the doctor/pharmacy and will be treated as my membership is active immediately & await the arrival of my card. At the end of May I still had NOT RECIEVED MY CARD, I alerted the consultant who till today will not take my calls, then spoke to the call centre and gave them my address AGAIN, but throughout June I still didn't get the card and am paying for all my doctor visits out of my pocket YET MY ACCOUNT DEBITED . I have spoken to several agents at the call centre and have been put on hold and had to give account to this story to each and every new person that answers at the centre. Then in July I spoke to a consultant who advised me to send an email and request termination on grounds of being a non starter & i restart the process. I did so & NOBODY WILL CALL ME BACK UNLESS I CALL & BE CUT OFF WHILE ON HOLD & still they DEBIT MY ACCOUNT & I HAVE NO CARD & PAY OUT OF MY POCKET AT THE DOCTOR. I really want my money back. THIS ISNT WHAT I SIGNED FOR!!!
