I concluded a new contract for a BB Z10 last week Wed with a call centre sales consultant. The consultant said that the application would be referred as I am self-employed. On Friday I called the 084 145 no twice trying to find out the status of my application. On hold for many minutes with no answer. I then sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] on Friday lunch time. No response to date. I tried to call the same number yesterday and again no answer after 3 minutes of holding.
