Annual prepayment yet no complete delivery

I have been a subscriber of The Sunday times in excess of 15 years and it would appear that the delivery department of sunday times, particularly the delivery manager responsible for Noordwyk fails to understand that print media subscription is declining. So you cant afford to lose customers!

Yet they choose to of subscribers by not delivering the correct paper.

Case in point, for the past two weekends my delivery for the Sunday times extra has not materialised.

This is not the first time this has happened, last year after calling the subscriptions department after every incident of non delivery I resorted to this platform to voice my annoyance. Needless to say, i was called by some apologetic person from marketing not providing a solution yet casting blame on the area manager.
With promises to ensure that every week i would get my delivery.

Now I find myself in the same predicament again.

I have come to the realization, i have had enough!
Complaining is falling on deaf ears!

So if Sunday times doesnt give a, i wont be renewing my annual subscription.
Enough is enough.
