Shocking service & STILL no delivery after 2 month

I bought 3 vouchers on groupon for canvasses that I could get my wedding photos printed on, I followed the instructions exactly and ordered 3 canvases on the 30 Sept, firstly they tried to get me download some software to load the pics onto as well as watch a youtube clip to train myself how to load it onto THEIR system, this was NOT the procedure required on the groupon voucher so finally seemed to get them to agree to accepting the vouchers and pictures as per email... despite many emails to groupon as well as [Email Removed] I have not received any canvases!

I have called several times and a man by the name of Ivan has been trying to help but even he sounds frustrated by his own company/colleagues! what a useless disorganised bunch not even sure of what canvasses belong to who.

I've requested a refund through groupon and waiting for whatever comes first.. canvas or the refund...

Strongly suggest no one buys anything directly or through Groupon from these people! Service from both have been shocking, frustrating and time consuming
