Wedding Video sound issues/incomplete footage

17 Nov 2013 will be a year, our final wedding video is still not delivered, contract stipulated 6weeks after the wedding, we have been patient and understanding but now had enough. DVD originally consisted of only main events. But in initial meetings with Steven, we stated that we wanted the in between moments we'd miss due to getting ready, which was agreed to, these things stipulated weren't filmed not even our parents signing the register. The grooms speech cannot be heard, and nothing after that-although it is claimed that the best sound technology is used, this was never mentioned to us- we stumbled across this when we had to approve some of the footage, among with other mistakes-their service was totally unprofessional as they only responded to us after sending this complaint to Beeld's Tot U diens, he then wanted to sort it out-but the footage that we initially wanted to be captured never was, we therefore deem is fair to be refunded 50% for the important parts that was never filmed as this is now lost forever but Steven does not want to meet us halfway, after stating he would. Full amount as per contract was paid before the wedding, but we have not received the service promised.
