Not responding to requests to cancel advertising!

So on the 31st of July i requested Trudon to cancel the yellow pages on my telephone line. To date this has not happened, and i am still being billed. No response from the emails i send off, and its hopeless to try and phone the call centre as you just dont get through (my last call i was waiting for 13minutes before my patience ran out).

This is ridiculous service, and would appreciate my money back please!!
