Deducting without permission

This is not my first time I am having problems with Trudon, they phoned me to confirm our advertising, I told them that I do not want to advertise in West rand yellowpages. This morning when I checked my telephone account they have been deducting westrand now for two months. Please sort this out as this is not what I asked for and also I want you to cancel JHB for next year. I had it with Trudon
