GET US OUT OF THE YELLOW PAGES!

I'm perturbed by two material failures by Trudon (the company who kills a million trees to bring us those obsolete Yellow Pages):

[1] In 2011/2 Trudon tricked our company receptionist into accepting on our behalf a bold entry in the White Pages, plus an entry in the Yellow Pages. Trudon NEVER bothered to confirm whether the receptionist is authorised to enter into such a contract on our behalf.

[2] When we spotted this entry on our bill last year we queried it and cancelled it. Yet it recently appeared on our bills again for another cycle of 12 months.

PLEASE CANCEL THIS TRUDON! WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR PRODUCT!
