Trudon does not deal with complaints

On 10th December 2012 consequent to phoning their customer care, I wrote to Trudon to complain that our lIsting in the Pretoria Yellow Pages contained a telephone number which was not correct. Furthermore we had never had this number nor indeed any Pretoria number. As a result of this no one was able to contact us from the advertisement. We requested some action on this, which would lead to a refund. Other than an acknowledgment of receipt of the email no response has been received over a month later. I telephoned on Friday 11th January, and again today (twice), with no result other than that the person dealing with it was not available, and that the supervisor would phone me back. Needless to say I am slowly turning blue holding my breath!
It is noteworthy how eagerly one is pursued by Trudon when soliciting business. If they were only 10% as efficient in attending to problems this would be a remarkable in unacceptable improvement.
Let the customers do the walking away from the Yellow PaGES!
