I took over a Telkom land line from a previous shop owner, it took months to get the trudging yellow pages account cancelled before transferring the line to my company, and now Trudon is invoicing me for advertising again.

I am besides myself, the call centre just transfers you to finance after an hour of waiting and then you get false promises that they will sort out. It is now months later again and still fighting. Telkom is renowned for its bad name, so it is not surprising that they are associated with an entity like Trudon. They should be ashamed and sooner or later there must be legal consequences.

There over 30 similar complaints on hello Peter that I have read with the same issue.

Why do we have to get lawyers involved? Trudon, and by relation Telkom are and must be accountable?
