Trudon, Publishers Of The Yellow Pages
Being erroneously billed

I've noticed on a Telkom statement that we are being billed by Trudon for yellow page advertising. We have never entered into any contract with Trudon and after initial enquiries they've acknowledged that the Telkom number supplied to us was previously that of a company that had a contract with them. I was assured that they will rectify the problem. My first contact with Trudon was 13 December. Up to now nothing has been done to resolve this issue. I am now in a position that my Telkom services may be suspended as I refuse to pay Trudon's fee.
