Package always damaged

We subscibed to the James Bond DB5. We've all the parts, but are still waiting for the body of the car. We've received them numerous times, but they are always damaged. The car cost us more than R8000, and we will not accept any damaged parts. We've even ordered the stand for R650, and still waiting for that as well. Whenever we call, they always say they don't have stock or they will come back to us. We will not accept this and will take it further.
