No spare parts for repairing SANSUI LCD TV

I have dropped my SANSUI LCD TV at the PMC electronic with a working TV. The only problem was the image flicking after sometimes (3 hours). I have spent three days waiting for the quotation. On 4th day, I decided to check with the PMC to be told that they have been looking for parts. They indicated that SANSUI does not have parts in South Africa. When they returned back the TV back to me, they have damaged TV. The TV couldn't work at all: No image, no sign of power. They have changed the story to indicate that the TV was not working whereas it has worked when they were testing the day it was dropped. I am still waiting if they will be able to fix it. The suspicion is some parts may have been moved from one TV of costumers which resulted into mix-up between working and not working parts. This is not a good service.
