Don't Deal With This Company Eve

I paid in full for the printing of posters for an event I was running last year. To cut to the chase, when I went to collect the posters, only a handful had been completed and the quality of those was shocking! I had no choice but to get another printer to do the job from scratch. Jayson promised in writing to refund me in full and to date still has not done so despite many promises from him and lots of chasing from me. I was also referred to Hugh - he has the email address hugh@otppta - who appears to be "in charge" and who also promised me in writing to refund me in full. The more I followed up the more quiet Jayson became and the more offensive Hugh became.

Stay away from these so-called people and their flashy marketing. They are incompetent and do not care. Once they have your money you will be in trouble.
