It is the 21st day of the month and I am still waiting to receive my August issue. this is pathetic, I called them to find out why iI have not received my magazine, spoke to a lady named Simone, she doesnt know why i did not receive the issue and tells me "but the September issue is out" This was apparently sent on the 13th of August, to no surprise, this too I have not received.

What am I meat to do with the August issue when the month is almost over???

What is the point of paying in advance if you will get such poor service? Don't encourage people to subscribe if you know you cannot handle it!
