Bad attitude/ bad customer communication

I emailed Endee Out & Indoor Billboards Franchise Opportunity, asking for more information on their franchising opportunity, I received an email from their Admin asking me to fill in a PDF so they can apparently Quote me, I read the so called Quotation request and replied with a email thanking them for the speedy reply and explaining that what we needed was a PDF explaining what the franchise was all about as well as the spex and sizes of the billboards they were offering, Admin then replied with a rude massage say" Please mate, I don't know how to answer you.
Do you want a quote? How must we give you a quote with no info.
Board size?? Big!! What is big?? My neighbours wife thinks 6 inches is big!! Hehehehe!
Solar is not there yet!!
Leg single, with no entry?? How do you want to work on the board without entry?

I went on to respond by tell the admin that this was not the right way to talk to someone requesting more info and if they keep on talking like that to me I will take my business elsewhere! they then responded by saying
PLEASE DO!!

IF YOU COULD READ YOU WOULD HAVE RESPOND CORRECTLY FROM OUR WEB!!

YOU GOT NO MONEY!!!
GO LOOK FOR HAND OUTS SOMEWHERE ELSE!
