Incorrect account billed

We have been paying over R3, 000.00 each month for our business listings. We queried the amounts in November 2012 and the agent told us we would be refunded as they were incorrectly debiting our account for a company which has been liquidated. After sending numerous emails to Joan George who is supposed to be dealing with the account and no answer on her landline we emailed her manager Terrance du Preez who to date has still not returned our calls or emails. When calling the office number and holding for over 3 minutes the call gets dropped. The service is absolutely terrible and the fact that they just debit another account for a company which is closed is unacceptable. We will definitely not be listing again if this is the service which Trudon offers.
