Taking that which does not belong to you

I have now been fighting with Jacklin Enterprises or Ge Fabbri since April 2012 about payments that have been deducted from my bank account, via stop order, on a monthly basis and am not receiving that which I have paid for, miniature Ferrari's; reason they say is they are out of stock. Fantastic excuse.
For nine months of that period I have been trying to get them to stop their deductions, then three months ago for what ever reason they stopped. Lo and behold, yesterday my bank advises me via my cell phone that a with-drawl of three times the amount has been paid over to Ge Fabbri. I immediately sent an e-mail to Jacklin Enterprises requesting an explanation, which I know with previous experience is going to get zero results. When I have phoned this company in the past I am transferred from one to another as this one or that one does not deal with this type of complaint. If they run out of people to transfer you to, you are put on hold indefinitely. I was once put on hold for ten minutes after which I hung up.
Approaching the bank, FNB, is no better. I was told by the bank that they cannot stop the with-drawls as it is a stop order.
Answer - cancel bank account???
