Shocking Service

In Dec I started receiving the Sunday Times out of the blue. (Sunday times having had all my details from years ago when i used to subscribe). After the festive season I was still receiving the times, i called and told them of THEIR error and was informed that it would be corrected and delivery of the times would stop, of course it never did. Only to discover on calling back, that my previous call/complaint had indeed never been logged. I demanded a refund as I had never given anyone permission to take money from my acc.. and so it began. I started making notes of conversations and taking names from March, it starts the 7of March over the weeks to follow i then speak to Gladis, Pumi, then Grace, then Pumi again, then Fozi, left a message with Narato for Collen Sefatsa to call .. still waiting for that call, spoke to Sophie who promised to keep me posted, yeah i was the one who ended up phoning her. I was first told the money would be in my account end of April, that never happend then i was told before 10 May, Vee tells me next week but I have lost all faith. Note conversation started 18 March, refunds take 21days & i am still waiting! Will never make use of their service again
