A don't care attitude by Sunday Times

Like everybody else, I was waiting in anticipation for my "keeper's edition" of the Sunday Times, the only one that was dedicated fully to Mandela, and what did the Sunday Times do? They delivered me the City Press, which I do not even read. I immediately calmly phoned the Sunday Times office to complain, I was promised that delivery would happen immediately, well... nothing happened. Nobody followed up! On Monday, I again phoned their office, and I told the lady that all I wanted was a copy of my Mandela memorabilia, she promised me that I'd definitely receive it today (10/12/2013), well again... nothing. I want my copy, is that a difficult ask, from a paying subscriber? I want my copy!!! I don't want any discount... just my copy!!!
