Dear Vodacom Customer WE DONT Care,
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the level of service I have recently received. After being a loyal Vodacom customer for over 30 years, with multiple active numbers, I am honestly at the point of considering moving my business elsewhere.
I received the attached SMS notifications regarding the unsuccessful delivery of my new upgrade device (Order K5061050). As per SMS instruction when I called the Vodacom call centre to enquire about the issue, the experience was nothing short of disheartening. I was passed around and asked multiple “reference check” questions, including detailed queries about what package I’m on.
As a businessman, I do not have the time to check packaging details every month all I know is that I am on a Red package, as I have been for years. Yet, instead of assisting me, the consultant informed me that I must go and “find that information” and then call back.
Is this what Vodacom now considers customer service? After three decades of loyalty, I am treated as though I need to prove myself before I can receive basic assistance. This is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

I expect immediate feedback and resolution to both my delivery issue and a serious explanation for the poor service I experienced.
