My account was in arrears on 19/08/2025. I paid on 21/08/2025 and was told by the first consultant that the numbers would be activated after 5 hours. On 22/08/2025, I called again, and the second consultant said it would take 3 working days. I just laughed out of shock and called again. Now the fourth consultant said it would take 6 hours, and the last one, who called me by my first name, actually helped.
I admit I should pay on time. I rectified my mistake after a day, and I had to spend the entire day to fix that. It was suspended very late for a reason I do not know. I have been their client for over a decade, and this was my first default.
