Phone contract

I took a contract with cell c with an insurance for the phone then I lost my phone after a year, when I went to claim I was told I don't have an insurance n they stopped debiting on my account then I tried paying on the bank, when I called to check how far I am with my debt they told me my account is being handed over legal team, ever since from 2021 trying to call them for payment arrangement they failed to help me, then Im receiving statements with the amount of insurance included but they said I don't have insurance for my phone. Even now they can't help me with my account always transfer me to collection department where they told me that they will call me until today since from 2021 I always call them but my problem never got resolved instead my debt is increasing every month
