I was at Sportscene Carlton centre on the 26th of July around 14h30pm, I was the to exchange item I bought as I was checking the item, I discovered my bag has been opened and my phone has been stolen. I told the salesman that was the he said I must tell his manager and I did. All the manager could say was we don't have cameras inside the store, sorry we can't help you.

How does a big store like sportscene don't have cameras inside the store and I feel like my situation could have been handled better by the salesman and the manager.
