I bought a phone at Phone choice December 2020 and from March the phone was not working due to factory fault then i called them, my phone was sent to Phone choice for repair since Mid April till today my phone is not with me but they are taking from my account every month and every time when i call them they give me excuses, and the lady by the name of Nazeema was so rude to me today when i asked her to talk to the manager. on 07.07.2021 Asavela promised to check and tell me what's the problem and she didn't do that when i call them they told me she's off today. i will not get my phone because theres Taxi violance in Cape Town but according to my knowlege the violance started on 07007.2021 but since April im paying for something that i dony have.
