I would like to commend your Area Manager Nicholas for the level of attention he gave my complaint. I am very happy with the way it was handled. Many Thanks to, to the Store Manager for contacting me numerous times although I constantly seemed to have missed her calls and she mine when contacting her back. I will remain a loyal Sportscene customer.
