CASH CRUSADERS - BRACKENFELL
Sales person Stefan and Manager tried to sell me a second hand Doogee X6Pro as a new phone

I am so disgusted in the service I got from the Cash Crusaders Brackenfell branch today. I enquired about available stock for the Doogee X6 Pro phone yesterday and the Sales person told me that he has only 1 new phone left. I asked him to keep it for me for today. I had to drive almost 40 minutes in traffic to get to the store and when I got there he took the box out. I notice the box had masking tape sticked to it and I asked him before he opened the box if this was a brand new phone because the box did not look new. He said yes. It is a brand new phone. He took the phone out, which was not even in a plastic cover and was laying loose at the bottom of the box. The whole phone looked like someone took a knife and tried to open the back of the phone. I had a very deep cut on the plastic of the side of the phone and I counted 5 "chips" out of the steel side of the phone and 2 on the other side. I showed the sales person Stefan and told him that this was not a new phone and he told me that it was a brand new phone. I told him that I want to see the manager because I did not agree with him that this was a brand new phone. He let me stand there for so long and after a while the manager came forward and make me look like I am seeing things... Eventually the sales person also said that he can see the damages on the phone, but the manager was still trying to convince me that it was a new phone. Then he still try to sell me the phone with a discount. I have asked the sales person to keep a new phone for me, not a second hand phone and I wasted my time and petrol to drive all the way to Brackenfell branch. I have purchased a Doogee X6 at the Durbanville branch by Linsay on Wednesday and asked Stefan to phone Linsay and tell him that he can then order me the X6Pro because Linsay told me on Wednesday that he did put an order in. Then in front of the manager Stefan said that he is sorry but he can't phone their Durbanville branch because it has nothing to do with them. The least that they could do was to help me because of the way they mislead me to sell me a second hand phone as a new phone. Then eventually the manager told him to phone Linsay from Durbanville to order me a X6Pro. I am really so disgusted in the Brackenfell store and is definately going to report them to Hello Peter.
