IRATE CELL PHONE CUSTOMER

On the 24 Dec 2013 I purchased a blackberry 9320. I had 2 wait awhile for assistance upon asking 4 help a sales person arrived with an attitude he then proceeded to speak to a person in the back rm regarding the phone the same question was asked of me 3 times regarding make and model It was then taken and left @ the counter before I could see anything the sales person started to process. I brought the phone home only to realise that I was given a 2nd hand phone for the price of a new 1the box was opened looked old & was even damaged the blackberry was infact activated in July 2013. I went to the store on the 27 Dec 2013 with the phone the so called manager Londe proceeded to inform me that the phone was a display handset & was only activated on the 24 of Dec I asked her why I wasn't informed about being given a display she then said that this was quite normal at the store cause live handset are kept on display. in my opinion it seems to be nothing new that a 2nd hand phone is sold @ the price of a new 1 in regard to the activation message on the phone her response was that it was the day the phone was manufactuered. REALLY DO U THINK I'm DAT IGNORANT WEN IT CUMS 2 BB!!!
