THEY SOLD MY PHONE FROM C- COVER

I recently laid a complaint pertaining to my Blackberry 9380 Touch Screen, C-Cover delivered to the branch on the 13 February 2013, this branch didnt call me to notify me that my phone had been delivered, I went there around the 23rd March to inquire about my phone, the branch manager told me they haven't received my phone from C-Cover, the next day I called C-cover they faxed this branch proof of delivery, I went there only to be told that they "sold" my phone my mistake and that there was no paper work with the delivery and that the manager told me he will call C-cover just to verify the IME number and will call me the next day and gave me loan phone, to keep for A DAY. I went there 2 days later as I haven't received any call and was informed they are waiting for the IME number from C cover, then they will give me phone.
I went there this Sunday and they are still giving me stories as the manager was not around, I must say this is pathetic service from Cell C branch which represent your whole brand, to sell my phone at will without consulting me, this is infact because its not their phone to sell but they did it anyway, till today they dont have the decency to call me.
