Unfair deduction of money on mete

I was in a very bad car accident where my injuries have rendered me bedridden for a couple of weeks and with recovery time of a total of 3 months. As I have doctor's certificate and letters with regards to my injuries.

Because of this my mom bought R1500 electricity for me to last the months that I would be in bed. But on loading the money the amount did not match the money she bought. An amount of over R200 was deducted.

I cannot afford to loose the R200 .
