3rd time money deducted for fruit and vegs

I bought items at fruit and vegs in April the total amount went of twice only two weeks later I received a refund from the bank on the double deduction. On 22 May the same amount went off. April 22 was the last time I bought anything from Fruit and Veg. i do not want to wait another 2 weeks before I get my money back. Please sort this out. I bank with you and trust you with my money is this how you treat your customers? Please contact me... Elke
