Make up Artist drops 3 bridesmaids

On the day of my sisters wedding there were 3 brides maids that needed make up done. I had made an appointment with a make up artist, Samantha O'ehely, from Pure Beauty Salon
to do the makeup at 11am at the guest house we were staying. I confirmed with her that morning and she said she would be there just before 11. At 11 she sends me a bbm message saying that her car would not
start and was going to send someone else. I then sent a message back asking her who the person was and if she was qualified. I then noticed that Samantha had deleted me off bbm and switched her phone off.
Needless to say her "friend" that she was going to send did not pitch either. We then phoned around for over an hour trying to organise another makeup artist.
We manged to get hold of a REAL professional who arrived 30 minutes after making the appointment and did an amazing job. I would just like to express my absolute disgust, that someone could be so
spineless and unprofessional as Samantha was that day. She should definitely not be allowed to work in the service industry.
