I recently upgraded my handset and prior to the upgrade I obviously made enquiries that would affect my buying decision, I called in the upgrades department unfortunately can not remember the date or the consultant I spoke to but she told me that a "anytime R200" option worked the same as a "top up R200" (which was the option I was on for years since I had my contract with you guys) Now I have been migrated to this "anytime R200" and I believe there is an amount of R 4 187.07 chargeable to me for migrating back to "top u"p. I think this is extremely unfair given that I was under the impressions these two options were the same. I can not afford to pay this, what I can afford the amount I agreed upon of R440 which entails of R200 airtime 200 sms and 200 data and have an option of manually recharging, I can not afford to be softlocked every so often once I reach the R200 airtime limit. Why are your laws and changes being forcefully imposed on me when such was not properly communicated to me (I WAS NOT INFORMED). All I want is to go back to the topup option with no extra costs to myself or kindly take back this handset again at no extra cost to me. This is just unruly
