A few weeks ago, Eleanor showed me around the shop. Her product knowledge was exceptional and she immediately grasped what I was looking for. I was not yet ready to buy, but when I went back 2 weeks later, she immediately remembered who I was. The item in question looked to be out of stock on the system, but Eleanor went to the store room herself to double check and found what I was looking for. She arranged for it to be sent to Cape Gate and although some crossed wires occurred here with the timing, with help of Lauren (Cape Gate), I got the TV stand delivered to my door.
